CANCELLATION POLICY

A late fee of $20 will be automatically added to your service if you are 10 minutes late. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and you will get charged 100% of the service. Your card will be charged 100% if you no-show or you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please do not bring kids or extra people to your appointment. If you booked the wrong service it will automatically be modified to the right service. Deposits are non-refundable.
