CANCELLATION POLICY

A late fee of $20 will be automatically added to your service if you are 10 minutes late. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and you will get charged 100% of the service. Your card will be charged 100% if you no-show or you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please do not bring kids or extra people to your appointment. Every service has specific hours listed in its description. Please make sure you select the correct service based on the time of your appointment to avoid cancellations, or booking issues. Deposits are non-refundable.
